Please join us for Coffee with the Headmaster at Great Hearts Irving Upper School in the Library at 8:00 a.m. Sixth grade parents are invited to attend on Wednesday, September 4 and Seventh grade parents on Wednesday, September 11. Upper School Junior Parent Meeting

Great Hearts Irving Upper School is hosting a  Junior Parent Meeting on  Saturday, September 7 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Parents will have the opportunity to speak with the GHI College Counselor, Ms. Priscilla O'Neill, about life after high school and college planning. Fifth Grade Prefect Project

Our Fifth Grade Prefect Project attracted many applications. The students wrote why they would make a responsible Prefect. Some examples: “I have many siblings and can help younger students.” “I follow the school rules and can help others show virtue.” With so many children displaying responsibility, we have decided the many scholars chosen will hold their Prefect position for one quarter. Prefect scholars will serve in both the mornings and afternoons, monitoring the halls and assisting the younger students. Thank you parents for sharing your children with us each day in this noble fashion.
