All parents/guardians will be receiving curriculum supplies for each student at our distribution event this Saturday. When accepting supplies you will receive an inventory list and must sign it acknowledging receipt of items. 

The items you receive are for your student’s use while distance learning and are property of Great Hearts Live Oak. All items received must be returned in good condition upon your student’s return to campus and/or upon request. 

Please make every possible effort or arrangements to pick up your student’s curriculum on Saturday, as visits to the campus during the week of August 10-14 are by appointment only. Appointment times are very limited and only available between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on Monday August 10^th and Tuesday August 11th. Once these appointment times are full, we cannot guarantee you will receive your items before the start of the school year on Wednesday August 12^th. Walk in service will not be available.
