Curriculum and Supplies

Our supply distribution event is taking place this Saturday from 8-4. Every student will be receiving grade level specific curriculum and materials. This will also be a time to pick up pre-purchased Edukits and pre-reserved computers. If you were unable to fill out our survey before July 27th please see additional information below.

In preparation of this event we ask you follow these guidelines:

Please make a sign with your last name and child/children's grade levels. Signs can be handmade or printed. See example here.
Please follow the outlined traffic pattern.
Note that visits to the campus during the week of 8/10-14 will be offered by-appointment only. Walk-in service will not be available.

Please come in your designated time frame. Times are organized by last name.

Important Dates:

August 5: Return to learning form due
August 5-6: Google Classroom credentials will be emailed
August 6: Meet-the-Teacher Invitations emailed (K-6)
August 7: Meet-the-Team videos available in Google Classrooms
August 8: Distribution of supplies and instructional supports
August 10 and 11: Meet-the-Teacher via Zoom

This is a reminder that the Return to Learning Form is due tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5. If you haven’t already, please do complete this form to help us get an accurate understanding of how many students we will be serving via the Great Hearts Distance Learning (GHDL) program or in-person once local and state authorities allow our campuses to reopen.

To complete this form, please follow the steps below:

Please log into the Great Hearts Enrollment system using your username and password. If you do not remember your log-in information, please click on the “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to info@greatheartsliveoak.org.
Once you are in the enrollment system, click on the Family Return to Learning button to access the form.
Complete the Family Return to Learning Form for all currently registered students in your household.
To submit, click the “Finish” button.
Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation to the email registered in the enrollment system.

Student Devices

Due to the high demand for devices paired with limited supply, we will prioritize our initial distribution to those families who responded to the initial tech survey by the original deadline of July 27th. We will then continue to distribute remaining devices to families who submitted a request, based on availability, and the date the request was received. Please know we will continue our efforts to acquire more laptops so we can assist as many families as possible.
