We recognized many of our seniors at the Senior Department Awards ceremony this morning. Here is a recording of the ceremony. Congratulations to all of the students recognized.

Softball- Saturday 2:00 vs. Campbell (home)
Girls tennis- today 4:00 @ Alvirne HS
After the ALICE drill on Thursday, the Gilford Police Department, Gilford Fire-Rescue, GHS administrators, teachers, and students met to discuss the drill and what they observed. Students discussed how they felt and what emotions they had. This was truly a collaborative effort from all to ensure safety.

Competency Recovery
Students that failed one competency in a class but passed the class will be eligible for competency recovery. Students eligible for comp. recovery will be notified through the School Counseling Office in the coming weeks. Attendance is mandatory until competency is demonstrated. Dates are currently being finalized.

Summer School
Students that failed a course with a 50 or better are eligible for summer school to earn credit. Students eligible for summer school will be notified through the School Counseling Office in the coming weeks. Attendance is mandatory for the length of the program to earn course credit. Dates are currently being finalized.
Congratulations to Catherine Stow (1600m) and Patrick Gandini (3200m) for qualifying for the Meet of Champions being run this Saturday at Sanborn Regional High School. Good luck!
June 7 - 9 - Senior final exams
June 7- blocks 1 & 2 final exams, Graduation rehearsal at GHS 11:00-1:00 along with the senior's "final walk" through GHS. Catered lunch after rehearsal.
June 8- blocks 3 & 4 final exams
June 9- block 5 & make up exam, Graduation rehearsal at Meadowbrook 9:30-11:00.

June 10- Senior Awards Night 6:00pm auditorium- invited seniors will receive an invitation by June 7 to attend. Invited seniors will receive five tickets to invite their guests which will be handed out Monday at Graduation rehearsal. Here is the link to view the live stream.

June 11- Graduation 5:00pm Bank of New Hampshire pavilion- seniors will sit together socially distant with masks. Families will sit together behind graduates. Ten guests per senior are able to attend in the covered pavilion. Additional guests can stand on the outskirts of the pavilion. All seniors will receive complimentary photos receiving their diploma jacket crossing the stage. Here is the link to view the live stream.

June 17, 18, 21 - Underclassmen final exams
June 17- blocks 1 & 2 final exams (lunch 10:55, dismissal at 11:20)
June 18- blocks 3 & 4 final exams (lunch 10:55, dismissal at 11:20)
June 21- block 5 & make up exam (lunch 10:55, dismissal at 11:20)

June 21- Last day for underclassmen

June 22- Last day for staff
