Start Earning Your Benefits Designation This Summer!
When you look back on 2020, what will you remember? Most likely the abrupt change in your spring semester, the cancellation of end of school year activities, and being apart from friends and classmates. Your memories could be focused on losses . . . or this could be the year for making the most of new opportunities!
If you are finding yourself with more time due to changes in your summer internship or canceled travels, take this opportunity to start earning a professional designation to further prepare you for your career and position yourself a step ahead of other early professionals. The
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation
is a valued credential for those with an interest in working in the group health or retirement space.
Now more than ever, organizations are faced with the challenges of meeting financial, physical and emotional health needs of employees and clients. Employers will seek job candidates who can demonstrate proficiencies in these areas.
Prepare yourself with knowledge from the CEBS designation courses. With timely and relevant topics such as:
- Designing employee health and welfare plans
- Managing employee benefits risks
- Understanding health care regulations
- Evaluation life insurance options
- Analyzing retirement plan design
- Compliance and operational issues for retirement plans
- Investment management
You will enter your future job equipped with solid skills to create and present options for clients and colleagues.
Full-time university students are eligible for a generous
discount
on the study materials and exam fees. Take your exams virtually—Now through December 31, 2020, you can test from home! Order your study materials and register for your exam
here
, and get started on your first course!
“The CEBS studies provided me with invaluable knowledge and confidence in my work. The comprehensive knowledge of CEBS is so much more than one can learn on-the-job and allows a more global view of your work and its impact on the organization.”
