Earning Your Way to Camp!
Camp Cards is a proven program that is designed to help a Scout raise funds for his/her summer camp experience. Each card valued at over $100 but only costs $5. For every $5 card that is sold the unit retains $2.50 that can be applied to the Scout’s unit account. The price points are great and they are easy to sell.
Camp Cards are for everyone!

Scouts who earn their own way to camp tend to value their experience more because of the hard work they put in to get there. Whether your Scout is in financial need, wants to challenge himself or wants to attend multiple summer camp programs, Camp Cards is the way to go! Click here  to learn more!
Camp Program Guide
We are pleased to provide our 2019 Greater Los Angeles Area Council Camp Program Guide. We have made many positive changes in the resident camp Programs and many investments and improvements in the facilities.

There are a significant number of benefits to our Scouts by attending summer camp including advancement and retention (and fellowship and fun!). However, what you may not think about is the benefits to you and your Scouts through attending "our" GLAAC camps. 45% of our annual Council budget is derived from camping revenue. Attendance by your Scouts at "our" camps develops our future staff and Council leadership. In addition, attendance at "our" camps drives the types of programs we offer, where and how we spend our funds for reinvestment, which camps we choose to retain control or ownership of and how we redesign and tailor those facilities for Programs in the future.

These are "your" camps and your actions dictate which ones we grow and how we do it. We hope you take advantage of the new and improved facilities and programs by signing up at "Your" camps next summer in 2019.
