MEMBER MIXER - GLAR is inviting Candidates running for local public office to come say hello. No agenda, just an opportunity for our Members to know who has thrown their "hat in the ring". The GLAR Governmental Affairs Committee, chaired by Mark Wise, will hold CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS on Monday, February 25, 9am-5pm. The Committee will interview, but all Members are welcome to watch the proceedings. Our goal is to support those candidates who support REALTOR issues.

It's that time of year where we must re-certify all unlicensed assistants. Watch for your email from me with a link to the required form. Remember to always notify GLAR immediately when an assistant is no longer working on your behalf so I can deactivate MLS access.

MLS Tip for January:
If starting input for a listing that will be saved as Incoming you may leave ANY field (even list date) blank until you are ready to make it Active. If saving as Coming Soon, your list date should be the date of input. This will ensure you have the correct DOM from day one.

The magic number is 31
To reset CDOM a listing must be C, X, or S status for no less than 30 days (beginning the day after the status change). Do not enter in to the MLS at all (including coming soon or incoming) until at least the 31st calendar day. Keep in mind the history will always show the DOM from all previous listings for the address.

Tax Tip: Members may view and print their current and previous year invoices directly from the online system, using your GLAR ID. If you don't remember your ID, you may use the link on the login page to have it emailed to you. Be sure to input the email GLAR has on file.

Second Quarter MLS Fee will be emailed on Feb. 15th 2019 and is due on or before Mar. 29, 2019
