Deadline Approaching for Education Achievement Award Applications

Are you on track to apply for this year's Education Achievement Award? Realtors® who earn this award will be acknowledged at the 2019 Annual Meeting in September, as well as have their name and photo published in an issue of Louisville Business First! Just submit completion certificates for 30 hours of CE courses from GLAR from October 1, 2018 to Sept. 2, 2019, along with the award application by the September 3rd deadline. Voting for Your Leaders Opens Wednesday, July 24th

Board of Directors elections will begin at 9:00am on WEDNESDAY, JULY 24, 2019 and will remain open until 12:00pm on WEDNESDAY, JULY 31, 2019.

REALTOR ® Members of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS ® have the opportunity to vote for five (5) members to serve on the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS ® Board of Directors. Participants and Subscribers of Metro Search, Inc. will have the opportunity to vote for three (3) members to serve on the Metro Search, Inc. Board of Directors.

A link to the online voting site will be placed on the front page of the MLS and on KCREA on July 24, 2019. An email will also be sent to all members containing a link to the voting site. If you prefer to vote by paper ballot, you may do so anytime during the election period. Paper ballots will be available at the Association office. New Rookies Workshop: Agent Accountability on August 9th

Kathryn Vaughn is presenting our next Rookie's workshop on understanding your accountability and responsibility, both as a buyers and sellers agent. The session will cover conflict resolution, dealing with difficult clients, how to handle home issues that come up after closing, and more! Rookies Workshops are held monthly at the GLAR office and provide a wealth of information for Realtors® new to the industry. However, Realtor® members of all experience levels are welcome to attend! Rookie workshops are free and provide a great opportunity to learn from industry experts in an informal setting. Open to GLAR Realtors® only. RSVP now to reserve your seat.
