March 2026

New For FY 2026:

🏭 Manufacturing Rates (NAICS 31–33):

📌 25-year: 5.48%

📌 20-year: 5.53%

📌 10-year: 5.31%

SBA has waived both the upfront guaranty fee and the ongoing guaranty fee for manufacturers (NAICS 31–33).

The purpose of GLCF's Manufacturing Rate is to demonstrate how waiving the ongoing guaranty fee impacts the overall SBA 504 effective rate.

Additionally, GLCF is upping the ante by covering 50% of the third-party lender fee (up to $5,000) for manufacturing projects approved through September 30, 2026, thereby providing our Manufacturers in Michigan, as well as those in Indiana and Ohio border counties, with even more benefits. March Madness Viewing Party Recap

What an incredible turnout! Yesterday’s March Madness Viewing Party was a sold‑out success, bringing together over 150 attendees for an afternoon of great basketball, networking, and fun.

Guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere filled with delicious food, drinks, appetizers, and interactive games throughout the event. The room was buzzing with excitement as everyone came together to cheer on their favorite teams and connect with fellow GLCF members.

A huge thank-you to our amazing event partners: Sun Title, Plunkett Cooney, and Applied Environmental, for helping make this event possible. And, of course, thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a memorable experience.

We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🏀🎉
