SBA has waived both the upfront and ongoing guaranty fees for manufacturers (NAICS 31–33), helping reduce overall borrowing costs on SBA 504 loans. GLCF is further enhancing these savings by covering 50% of the third-party lender fee (up to $5,000) for qualifying manufacturing projects approved through September 30, 2026.

We had a great time kicking off the first day of the Masters with a viewing party at X‑Golf, alongside a fantastic group of lending partners. It was the perfect way to watch the tournament while also getting a few swings in - great golf, great venue, and even better company.
