Oxford Bank is GLCF's
Lender of the Year!
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Fiscal Year 2023, and we couldn't have done it without the trust and support of our amazing lenders. From October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, we had the privilege of working with 27 lending institutions, resulting in 49 loan authorizations.
As we close out another successful fiscal year, it is our honor to announce the winner of the FY 2023 "Lender of the Year" Award. This prestigious award goes to the lending institution that had the highest number of loans authorized through GLCF throughout the fiscal year. In the event of a tie, the winner is determined by the highest dollar amount authorized.
This year, we encountered a tie between two remarkable lending institutions, Consumers Credit Union and Oxford Bank. Each lending institution had five loans authorized. However, when it came to the highest dollar amount, Oxford Bank emerged as the winner. Their total project costs reached an impressive $28,598,866, with a 504 loan portion totaling $10,724,000.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Oxford Bank for their outstanding achievement and express our sincere gratitude to all 27 lenders for their unwavering support. Together, we have made a significant impact by fostering economic growth, job creation, and business development through affordable financing for small businesses.
