REMINDER: BroadHub Upgrade Blackout Dates
We wanted to remind everyone about upcoming holiday upgrade blackout dates when operators should avoid performing BroadHub version upgrades.
December 20th, 2019 - January 1st, 2020 (Christmas and New Year's Holidays)
WhileGLDS will continue to offer standard Technical Support during theblackout periods, software upgrades sometimes require additional resources which may not be available. Customers who choose to upgrade during these periods anyway, and require assistance from GLDS, will likely be asked to roll back to the previous software version and try again outside the blackout periods.
