We're excited to roll out our new ticketing integration with Clearcable's NOMS platform. Beginning with BroadHub 2.5.73.0 GLDS introduces a bridge between BroadHub and NOMS to give BroadHub users quick access to NOMS tickets. The integration also allows for the creation of Subscriber Accounts within NOMS.
Users will be alerted to open NOMS tickets from a new BroadHub Ticketing button. Upon clicking this button, users will be able to access corresponding subscriber tickets, or to create new tickets for subscribers, within NOMS.
