CRITICAL WISCONSIN
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
UPDATE

Greetings,

Over the past few hours, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has been communicating that it is likely he will order a "Safer at Home" order very soon.

Although the order has not been issued yet, our conversations with the staff at the Wisconsin Department of Administration has let us know that the order will most likely mirror the order that was recently issued by the State of Ohio. Please click here to read Ohio's executive order. Additionally, please review the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Guidelines .

Based on this information, the print (manufacturing) community IS essential and will be allowed to continue production. This is listed under the area's related to:

  • Mail, post, shipping, logistics, delivery, and pick-up services
  • Manufacture, distribution, and supply chain for critical products and industries

I am aware that each company will manage a "Safer at Home" order in their own way and the continuing concern is to practice safe guidelines that have been spelled out by the CDC.

Once a order is officially issued, I will update you on the language. As always, please feel free to contact me at (262) 522-2212 if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Joseph Lyman
