and Festival on Saturday, June 28, including 20+ GLSS staff, friends, and
family who marched with our banner from Shetland Park to the Salem Common and staffed our table during the afternoon event on the Common.

NCQA ACCREDITATION RENEWED THROUGH 2028
Thank you to all staff who participated in the complex renewal process of our NCQA accreditation for LTSS Case Management Services. NCQA. NCQA—or the National Committee for Quality Assurance—is a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of healthcare by establishing standards, accrediting healthcare organizations, and measuring performance.
“Excellence in the delivery of case management is at the heart of everything we do at GLSS,” said Kathryn Burns, CEO. “It is very gratifying to have an organization like NCQA recognize us for the high quality of the service provide.”

WITH QUALITY PROGRAM SURVEY
Do you know someone who might like to volunteer for GLSS?

GLSS' Quality Program seeks a short-term volunteer to assist with the program's annual survey during September and October 2025.
Volunteers will:
- Assist with creating mailing labels
- Print copies of surveys
- Prepare surveys for mailing
- Assist with transporting bulk mailing to the post office,
This is a great opportunity to help your community with just a few hours a week at our office in Lynn!

“Kitchen for All” class for children and youth will be held on August 19, from 5:00–6:00 p.m., in collaboration with the Lynn Disability Network. This workshop is open to all children ages 4–12, especially those with special needs, accompanied by a parent or guardian.
