MILWAUKEE COUNTY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS SURVEY
In 2019, the City of Milwaukee, City of Wauwatosa, Milwaukee County, City of West Allis, and Waukesha County engaged Applied Real Estate Analysis (AREA), Inc. to conduct a housing study for the region. Community feedback is essential to fully understand fair housing access and other issues, including potential challenges faced by residents (or potential residents) in finding housing, and the perspectives of real estate professionals. A short survey (7-8 minutes) is now open for any resident in the region to take, and all responses are confidential and anonymous.
