Coronavirus cases appear to be receding in Wisconsin in recent weeks and, as a result, many governmental bodies, businesses, etc. are eliminating their mask and distancing requirements. Yay!
But, what does that means for real estate? The bottom line is that the property owner gets the final decision. Some sellers may not be comfortable with a bunch of people traipsing through their property mask-less. So, we have to respect their decision and mask-up!
It is the sellers’ home and the sellers’ rules.
Additionally, not following these instructions could result in negative media press and ethics complaints being filed. The public does not look favorably on our industry when rules are not followed.
