Naturally, there is incredible demand for vaccination. Because of limited vaccine supply, the state has created eligibility groups that are opening over time. Right now, the following groups are eligible for vaccination:
Frontline health care workers
Residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
Fire and police personnel and correctional staff
People over 65
On March 1, the following groups will be eligible for vaccination:
Education and childcare workers
Individuals enrolled in Medicaid long-term care programs
Some public-facing essential workers
Non-front-line essential health care personnel
Staff and residents in congregate living facilities
