Big Brother May Not be Watching,
But Sellers Sure Are
Nanny cams and security products like Ring Doorbell are common in many homes these days. Sellers are monitoring what you are doing and saying in their homes.

The GMAR has received many reports from listing agents and angry sellers complaining about showing agents and their buyers not respecting showing instructions. If the seller requires masks, you must wear a mask. If buyers do not want to wear a mask, do not enable them, and tell them that it is ok to not wear a mask.
It is the sellers’ home and the sellers’ rules. Not following these instructions could result in negative media press and ethics complaints being filed. The public does not look favorably on our industry when rules are not followed.
