As of now, the St. Paul VA Regional Loan Center no longer requires termite inspections/treatment in any county in Wisconsin. Wisconsin is fully exempt alongside North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. Previously, certain counties still had to obtain termite inspections/treatment. This is a recent change and the VA website may still indicate that certain counties in Wisconsin require treatment.

The Real Estate Examining Board has approved updated versions of the WB-40 Amendment to Offer to Purchase, WB-41 Notice Relating to Offer to Purchase, WB-44 Counter-Offer, WB-45 Cancellation Agreement, and Mutual Release, and the WB-24 Option to Purchase. All have optional use dates of May 1, 2022, and mandatory use dates of July 1, 2022. These forms, watermarked for educational use, are available below and on the DSPS website.
