STORIES OF REALTORS ® LEADING BY EXAMPLE
In last week's edition of Ethics Exchange, we asked GMAR members to share their stories about the positive experiences they have had working with other agents. Here is one recently submitted story:

Connie Lindberg, Shorewest ( Submitted by Sarah Oberbrunner, Keller Williams Realty, Milwaukee North Shore Connie and I had a challenging transaction in March of this year. She represented the seller, I represented the buyer. My buyer was more challenging and Connie was phenomenal throughout the transaction with my buyer's unreasonable demands, requests and, at times, disrespectful language. Connie was a fantastic partner. She demonstrated humility, kept her composure, was effective with communication, and ensured we got to closing. She kept her seller focused and took the emotion out of the transaction. She worked extra hard on this deal. Connie even parked down the block during the final walk through to ensure I was safe. I greatly appreciate her. She is a wonderful agent and should be recognized for her attitude and character. I can’t wait to do another deal with her.

Is there a REALTOR who you enjoy working with because they know how to problem solve and make transactions go smoother? Would you like to share an inspirational story about a competitor? We can all learn from those who lead by example. Submit your positive industry-related stories to Scott Bush via e-mail at scott@gmar.ws.
