NEW TAXES YOU WILL NOT PAY
These new taxes would have been imposed on taxpayers even though state budget projections gave the state $2.9 billion more to spend than in the last state budget. Thankfully, the legislature rejected these new taxes.
WELCOME NEW GMAR DIRECTORS
The GMAR would like to welcome two new and two returning directors to the 2020 GMAR Board of Directors. The four were the top vote-getters in the GMAR Directors election, which ran from October 13 th -19 th .
 
The two new directors are Mark Kivley, RE/MAX Lakeside, and Sarah Cole, Landmark Realty; and the two returning directors are Courtney Stefaniak, the Stefaniak Group, and Roger Rushman, First Weber Realtors.
 
The GMAR Board of Directors is charged with providing the strategic direction organized real estate, serving almost 5,000 members who belong to the Association, making the GMAR one of the largest professional organizations in Wisconsin. The Board of Directors meets six times a year, on the third Thursday of odd-numbered months.
