Introduction to Weapon Safety and WI Concealed Carry $59
2 classes: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 8:30 AM -12:30 PM and 1:30 PM- 5:30 PM
Classes will be hosted at Genesis Group located at 3485 N 124th St Ste 201, Brookfield, WI 53005. The class size is limited to 18 students per session.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL SCHEDULE |

Thank you for your membership in the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS® this past year.
Your dues statement for 2023 will arrive in the mail very soon if it hasn't already. Beginning September 1st, you may pay your dues online. To continue your membership with the GMAR, WRA and NAR, and to avoid any interruption in service, please note the following payment deadlines:

Pay by October 31, 2022 - You can DEDUCT $25 from the total on your invoice.

Between November 1 and 30, 2022 - Please pay the total shown on your invoice.

Between December 1 and 31, 2022 - Please ADD $50 to the total shown on your invoice.

After January 1, 2023 - We must treat you as a new member, please ADD $225 to the total on your invoice (if you are a REALTOR® member) or $345 (if you are a Designated REALTOR® member).
In 2022 we will continue to pursue our mission of "Helping our members help their clients" through our core services of government affairs, professional standards, and MLS services.

WISCONSIN REALTORS® FOUNDATION |

The Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation (WRF) unifies REALTORS® to help children in the areas of education, hunger, homelessness/abuse, and serious illness.
- Raised more than 636,928 meals for Feeding Wisconsin.
- Packaged over 690 backpacks for kids in the greater Milwaukee area to take home over the 2022 spring break.
- Volunteered more than 700 hours at local food banks and pantries.
- Donated more than 1,100 bags and books for Wisconsin children in crisis.
- Gave over $2,000 for tornado disaster relief.
WRF chairman Mike Spranger encourages every member to keep the voluntary $20 contribution to the WRF on the dues statement so REALTOR® relief efforts like these can continue.

SENTRILOCK SECURITY UPDATE |
|
Protecting our member's data is extremely important to us. That's why, effective Tuesday, October 18, 2022, SentriLock is implementing an extra layer of security to the SentriKey® Real Estate website and mobile app. Users will be asked to establish security questions and verify their cell phones. SentriLock will be emailing members on October 13, 2022, notifying them of this security update.
Security questions will offer a secure validation of their account in addition to their PIN. Users will select from 10 predetermined questions and enter their personalized answers. Once those answers are saved, a cell phone verification prompt will be activated.
Customer Support will use these questions to validate the user's identity if they cannot remember their PIN or password. This will provide them with a faster, more efficient experience and eliminate the need for a PIN/Password reset email.
Users will have a 14-day grace period to establish their security questions. After the 14-days, users must initiate the security questions or they will not be able to access the SentriKey® Real Estate® website or app. A reminder email will be sent to members to add the security questions to the SentriKey Real Estate website or app so they do not lose access.

It is critical that we continue to support pro-real estate-minded candidates – on both sides of the aisle at the state, local and federal levels. RPAC helps us to do that.
What would your business be like if you had to have an appraiser’s license to give a BPO, or had to have an attorney at every closing, like in Illinois, or how about a sales tax on commissions?
Those are just a few examples of rules or laws that could very easily be in place without the power of RPAC. With RPAC, we put pro-real estate lawmakers in office.
Keep your RPAC donation ON your dues statement, and keep unnecessary government intervention OUT of your business.
