As well as being a highly qualified personal trainer, Trina has competed in National BodyBuilding where she had a Top 3 finish in the Canadian Championships. She has also appeared in several health and sports magazines as a fitness model. She can design a program tailored to your specific training needs to ensure you get maximum results.
Trina is also a massage therapist with 13 years experience and can offer you sports and deep tissue massages. |
