The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC) will host the first annual Financial Summit. The event will equip small business entrepreneurs with the tools to identify best practices for business growth and financial prosperity.

Please join us for sessions on the state of the current economy, wealth disparities, and more from leading speakers and industry specialists. The Financial Summit will include:

Presentations from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston on the local and national economy, procurement challenges faced by small businesses, and wealth inequalities

Massport - 2023 Diversity STEM Scholarships - Deadline Extended!

Massport’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/Compliance will award two $3,000 Diversity STEM Scholarships to graduating high school seniors of color with a minimum 3.0 GPA who reside or attend school in the city of Boston, Chelsea, Winthrop, Revere, Worcester, Bedford, Concord, Lexington, or Lincoln. Students must be involved in community service and interested in pursuing a degree that could be utilized in the Transportation Industry. Areas of study may include but not limited to Aviation, Maritime, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, or Human Resources.

Submission information and essays must be received by Winston Pierre in Massport’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/Compliance Department no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023. Please note you can either mail or email your applications.

Onyx Spectrum Technology is working with the National Science Foundation on a Market Research project looking at issues regarding the Cybersecurity vulnerabilities of Operational Technology assets. We are looking for industry leaders in Energy, Utility and Manufacturing who would be willing to share their thoughts about the industry's current state and what improvements are needed.

The discussion should be 10-15 minutes. The input will be valuable for helping Onyx Spectrum and the NSF to understand the market requirements for OT security. If you are willing to share your expertise and knowledge for this project Onyx has an online calendar that will allow you to set up a time that is convenient for you, for either a video meeting or phone call.

Foundation 2 Blade - Industry Training
