TEACHING IS READY
Titus 1 1-3 Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect and the acknowledgment of the truth which accords with godliness, 2 in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began, 3 but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior

The hope of Paul was placed in God and His promise, because God cannot lie. Lies are not of the nature of God. He is true, whatever He says is truth. His promises are true, therefore, we must believe what is written in the bible, because it comes from God.

John 3:33 He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true.

Remember, John the Baptist came to testify about the truth and He is the one who certified that God is true. God sent John as a forerunner of Jesus and it happened as God revealed to him about the coming of Jesus as a savior of the world. This is why John had to declare God is true.

God the Father has given us the Holy Spirit, who is the spirit of truth to guide and teach us. John 16:13

John 17:3, 17-19 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

17-19 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.

The word of God reveals His truth, Jesus said in vs. 17 “sanctify them by your truth, your word is truth”. When we receive the truth of the word of God, the sanctification process continues in our lives.

The intaking of the word of God daily, which is the truth, helps us to walk in truth like our Father. Remember the word of God says, be imitators of God. If we walk in the truth, we are partaking of His nature.

Let’s see the statement of Jesus in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”. Jesus is the truth, remember, He is the living word, He reveals truth to us, and He is the image of our Father God, that cannot lie.

John 8:31-32 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

To know the truth is to know Jesus and the Father.

We know who is the father of lies, the devil. (John 8:44) The man or women that practice lies, does not know God

In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. John 1:1
