CenterState CEO Celebrates 369 Economic Champions
CenterState CEO hosted its annual Economic Champions Celebration, presented by FustCharles and AmeriCU Credit Union, at the Oncenter, recognizing the collective contributions of 369 companies and organizations to the growth and vibrancy of the Central New York economy. Many of these businesses are GOFCC members, located in the Oswego-Fulton region. Together, these nominees were recognized for their aggregate creation of nearly 400,000 jobs, more than 870,000 square-feet of expansions, and over $2.3 billion in capital investments.

Oswego Health Begins Transformation of Fulton Campus Thanks to Restore New York Grant
Demolition, expansion of the parking lot, the addition of green space and a community courtyard, part of phase one of the project, were part of the Restore New York Grant that Oswego Health received earlier in 2023. The Restore New York grant program, which is administered by Empire State Development, is designed to help local governments revitalize their communities to help remove blight, reinvigorate downtowns, and generate economic opportunity. Rowlee Construction and La Bella Architects are lead on phase one, which is estimated to be complete in fall, 2024.

City of Oswego Tree Lighting Ceremony
This year's celebration takes place Saturday, Nov. 25 in front of city hall. You can take part in horse carriage rides through downtown, a live ice sculpture carving demonstration and live reindeer in attendance.
