Summer is nearing its ends and fall is around the corner! Schools are getting ready to welcome back students after a long summer vacation! Golf courses are still extremely busy no matter where you go and what day of the week you want to play. As we come off two weeks of incredible Olympics in Paris, the medals were numerous, and the men’s and women’s golf tournaments were sensational!  World No. 1, Scottie Scheffler did not disappoint as he fought back on Sunday in the final round to win the tournament and don the gold medal for USA!

Also, during that time, the popular Korn Ferry Tour’s NV5 Invitational was again contested at The Glen Club with a new champion crowned this season. Germany’s Thomas Rosenmueller converted a two-stroke 54-hole lead into his first Korn Ferry Tour title on Sunday, July 28 for a two-stroke victory over 22-year-old Australian Karl Vilips to win the tournament!

Just a few short years ago, Scottie Scheffler, World No. 1 and 2024 Olympic Gold Medal Winner in golf, kick-started his PGA Tour career with a win at this same event at The Glen Club! This Korn Ferry Tour event seems to churn out winners into PGA Tour champions!  We don’t doubt that Thomas Rosenmueller will soon be seen competing on the PGA Tour!

The R.O.S.E. Awards were created to recognize these "directors of first impression" who consistently work hard to make our lives easier.

The 2024 dinner celebrating these amazing front-line employees is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the Hard Rock Live at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana in Gary. Enjoy cocktails, entertainment, dinner and the awards ceremony from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. Cost is $60 per person.
