IN THE TAR HEEL STATE
The NAACP filed a lawsuit Tuesday seeking the removal of the Confederate monument which stands in front of the Alamance County Courthouse.
The lawsuit names members of the Alamance County Board of Commissioners who have voted against monument removal as defendants.
Commission Chairman John Paisley didn’t respond to a request for comment.
IN THE LONE STAR STATE
The city of Amarillo has removed both its Confederate and WWI monuments from Ellwood Park.
The monuments may be relocated to downtown Shamrock, Texas.
IN THE OLD DOMINION
The state Supreme Court overturned a Circuit Court decision in favor of a group of residents who sued to block the City of Charlottesville from taking down two Confederate statues.
The Jackson statue was erected in Jackson Park in 1921 and the Lee statue was erected in Lee Park in 1924. In 1918, the city had accepted a resident's offer to donate land for parks for both statutes.
Charlottesville Mayor Nikuyah Walker, was jubilant.
The premise of the legal action, filed in 2017, was that Virginia's monument protection act passed in 1997 prevented the statues from being removed. A fact that the Circuit Court recognized, ruling to keep the statues and for the City to pay over $300K in plaintiff's attorney fees. The City appealed to the Supreme Court who has ruled that the monument protection act did not apply to monuments built BEFORE the protection act was passed. In Virginia this does not matter since the State repealed its monument protection act in 2020. But in other states, this could be a dangerous precedent, essentially making monument protection acts of no effect since most all monuments were erected before the acts to protect them were passed.
IN THE KEYSTONE STATE
Brian Gossert, a Mansfield Borough Police Department officer, was live on TikTok defending the Confederate flag while he was arresting a man.
“I don’t understand how (the Confederate flag) is racist. It represents the South, just like the Union flag represents the North. No one says that the Union flag is racist. So why are we saying the Confederate flag is racist? So yeah, technically they fought for slavery, I guess you could say, but again, that’s been over 200 years ago. I think it’s time that people just like, get the f--- over themselves. Because ... if the symbolism behind that flag is still that hurtful now, then we should still hate the South,” Gossert said.
Gossert went on to say that police officers are wrongly accused of racism and that it is Democrats who are racist.
Mansfield Borough Manager Christopher McGann told 18 News that the Department is "handling" the situation, but declined to comment on what if anything that means.
Gossert became a full-time officer with the Department in the fall of 2020.
We have been unable to reach Officer Gossert for comment. His current status in the Department is unknown.

Louisiana and Wyoming filed lawsuits on Wednesday against Joe Bide, challenging his pause on new oil and gas leasing on federal lands and waters.
The legal actions, which seek to restore regular federal drilling auctions, came a day before the administration is set to launch a review of the oil and gas leasing program.
Biden, a Democrat, in January signed an executive order putting on hold new leasing pending that review. During his election campaign, he pledged to end new federal leasing as part of a sweeping plan to address climate change.
The pause has triggered heavy criticism from the oil industry and producing states that receive half of the revenues generated from federal lands drilling within their borders.
"We believe that the president's actions are illegal and unlawful, and we're going to hold him accountable for them to try to make sure that the gains that we've made over the years to help protect domestic oil and gas and energy continue," Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said in an interview.
A coalition of 13 states filed one lawsuit in federal court in Louisiana, while Wyoming filed its own lawsuit in federal court in that state.
The states joining Louisiana's lawsuit included Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and West Virginia. All have Republican attorneys general. Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards is a Democrat.
The lawsuits allege the administration's leasing pause violates the Mineral Leasing Act that requires quarterly lease sales.

The Biden administration is actively working towards requiring a paper precursor to the Mark of the Beast for Americans. They’re calling it the “Vax Pass” or Vaccine Passport. The "passport" could be used by individuals in the workplace, in school or when traveling internationally.
A senior White House official says multiple agencies are involved in the planning, and this passport could play a role in multiple areas of daily life.

As DeSantis noted in his media statements today “we want to provide it for all, but mandate it for none.” Explaining the Florida legislative intent on further COVID laws the Florida governor went on to say the vaccine passport issue “has huge privacy implications”, and he does not support any mandated vaccine passport that would impede on the liberty and freedom of Florida residents.

CAPITOL EXORCISM
A Roman Catholic priest from Nebraska has angered his bishop for appearing at the Jan. 6 rally in support of President Donald Trump in his clerical collar and claiming he performed an exorcism at the U.S. Capitol.
The Rev. David Fulton, identified by the Omaha World-Herald as a pastor at St. Michael Parish in Central City, Nebraska, and St. Peter Catholic Church in Fullerton, Nebraska, appeared in a nearly 10-minute video titled "Voices from the Capitol Insurrection."
Fulton appears in the video on the street with the Capitol in the background speaking to the camera confirming he performed an exorcism on the seat of Congress, because a demon is "dissolving the country.'
"Yes, I did," Fulton said about performing the exorcism. "We'll see, we'll see what effect ..."
And now Father Fulton faces expulsion from the priesthood after his actions.

When Donald Trump was President this country was able to exercise some control over who came across our Southern border. Now that Mr. Trump has had the presidency stolen from him the border with Mexico has again become a sieve, full of Biden/Harris intentional holes, the object of which is to totally change the culture of this country to something akin to the Third World.
Illegal immigrants seeking to enter this country seem to believe that they have been promised refuge here by good old “Viva Joe” and that all they have to do is to show up at the border and they will be let in to partake of many of the freebies that are denied to ordinary citizens in this country that are being called on to pay for this sheer insanity.
The faux-president and Comrade Kamala want the illegals here, want to give them the right to vote in our elections, whether they are citizens or not, because they realize that the vast majority of them will vote for Democrats.
In an article in the New York Times some illegals who were stopped and detained at the border near El Paso, Texas said that Biden had encouraged them to come here. One lady said “Biden promised us that everything was going to change. He hasn’t done it yet, but he is going to be a good president for migrants.”
I have noted several photos on the internet of illegal immigrants showing up at the border wearing tee shirts that say “Biden let us in.” You have to wonder where those tee-shirts came from and who originated them. Wonder if they were made in Red China. That would not surprise me, and I have to wonder, with all these illegals showing up at the border almost immediately after Biden slithered into the White House, how many of them might be agents of Red China, here to do the bidding of their masters in Beijing. Obviously not all the immigrants are Chinese agents but it only takes a few who get in undetected to do lots of damage in this country. Look at what these Confucius Institutes are doing in some of the schools and colleges in this country. Communist propaganda is being disseminated and most people do not even realize it.
In an article by Adam Salazar it was noted that: “In order to accommodate the surge, border enforcement is accepting unaccompanied minors, but sending back adults, according to the New York Post. Photos obtained by Fox News show a huge group of migrants sleeping on the ground with mylar blankets underneath the international bridge in Mission, Texas.” I saw the photos. Lots of people sleeping under that bridge! They are using a convention center in Dallas to house about 3,000 of these minors. That is supposed to handle this situation for the next 90 days. What happens after the 90 days are up? Will these minors just be turned loose somewhere in Texas?
If Trump was in office there would be a big fuss over all this. But, with “Viva Joe” in office, who cares? Certainly not the mainstream media. As long as these minors all grow up and vote Democrat that’s all that really matters here. One has to wonder how many of these illegal immigrants are infected with the Chinese virus. Will they all wear masks and practice social distancing? Probably not. That’s only for U.S. citizens. The illegals will probably be exempt.

The basis of all things human is our human nature, and we cannot escape it any more than the dog can escape his, not that it would ever occur to a dog to try. But unlike a dog's nature, our nature does allow us to consider and imagine anything whatsoever. We can contemplate our very nature itself, we can fantasise about changing our nature, or we can just plain ignore our nature.
Unlike the dog, we can have Ideas, and these Ideas can lead us in this or that direction even contrary to a powerful natural inclination. For example, I may be hungry and have food before me, but I may imagine it is best that I fast and not eat.
Unlike the dog, we are by nature deeply concerned about the future and are passionately concerned about the health and long-term security of our offspring and are willing to deny ourselves virtually everything to secure a better future for our wee bairns.
We are capable of self-restraint and self-sacrifice and we understand instinctively that these are essential for both our survival, the survival of our own, and yes, even the survival of our tribe, which we as social creatures are inclined to love because of the protection it affords those that we love most. Today we call this love of tribe patriotism.
It is a hallmark of Progressivism and the modern popular culture which it has spawned that human nature is hardly discussed at all.
How, after all, could you institutionalise abortion, put women in combat, and cast common sense restrictions on sex out the window if you did discuss human nature?
Instead, we have all, Left and Right, long ago embraced Ideas as our guiding lights, the great Progressive trinity of those being Freedom, Equality, and Individuality.
Based on Freedom, Equality, and Individuality we can imagine that human sex is merely physical and that any stigma or restrictions against it should be removed, even to the point of allowing a woman to destroy her own unborn child. The result of this Sexual Liberation has been the weakening of the American family and degradation of our culture.
Likewise we can imagine that combat is not an extension of man's unique masculine nature and that woman is the equal of man in this arena.
The problem with the adoration of Ideas is that, unrestrained by a common sense understanding of human nature, they inevitably result in practical effects that range from high levels of inefficiency to societal collapse.

Kamala Harris’ father was an avowed Marxist professor in the Economics Department at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. Both of Harris’ parents were active in the Berkeley based Afro-American Association; Fidel Castro and Che Guevara were the heroes of the Afro-American Association.
The group’s leader, Donald Warden (aka Khalid al-Mansour), mentored two young Afro-American Association members, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale; they created the Maoist inspired Black Panther Party which gained strong support from Communist China; the Black Panther Party served as the model for creation of the Black Lives Matter Marxist organization Khalid al-Mansour subsequently went on to arrange financing and facilitated for Barack Hussein Obama to be accepted as a
student to matriculate at Harvard Law School.
Following her graduation from college, Harris returned to California and subsequently became the mistress of the 60-year-old married Speaker of the California Assembly, Willie Brown, Jr. Brown’s political campaigns were supported and funded by Dr. Carlton Goodlett, the owner of The Sun Reporter and several other pro-Communist newspapers.
Brown was elected as Mayor of San Francisco, and strongly endorsed Harris’ Marxist political philosophy; he guided Harris’ political rise in California politics, leading to her election as California’s Attorney General. Willie Brown, Jr. was a well-known long-time Communist sympathizer. Willie Brown, Jr. was initially elected to public office with the substantial help of the Communist Party USA.
Today, Willie Brown is widely regarded as one of the Chinese Communist Party’s best friends in the San Francisco Bay Area.
While serving as San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris mentored a young San Francisco Radical Maoist activist, Lateefah Simon, who was a member of the STORM Revolutionary Movement; Simon currently chairs the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Board. Simon has always been close friends with the founder of Black Lives Matter Marxist Domestic Terrorists, Alicia Garza, as well as STORM member and avowed Communist, Van Jones. Harris has been openly and aggressively supporting Black Lives Matter Marxists; Kamala Harris is still closely associated with Maoist Lateefah Simon and Marxist Alicia Garza.
Kamala Harris’s sister Maya Harris was a student activist at Stanford University. She was a closely associated with Steve Phillips, one of the leading Marxist-Leninists on campus and a long-time affiliate with the League of Revolutionary Struggle, a pro-Chinese Communist group.
Phillips came out of the Left, and in college he studied Marx, Mao, and Lenin, and maintained close associations with fellow Communists. Phillips married into the multi billion dollar Sandler family of the Golden West Savings and Loan fortune. He funded many leftist political campaigns, and the voter registration drives in the Southern and South Western states in order to help his friend, Barack Hussein Obama, defeat Hillary Clinton. Phillips has been a major financial sponsor for Kamala Harris’s political campaigns for various California elective offices.
Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff works for the law firm DLA Piper, which “boasts nearly 30 years of experience in Communist China with over 140 lawyers dedicated to its ‘Communist China investment Services’ branch. He was just appointed to Professor at Yale to school future lawyers in the fine points of Communism. When she was elected to the US Senate,Kamala Harris appointed a Pro-Communist Senate Chief of Staff, Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre was active with the New York-based Haiti Support Network. The organization worked closely with the pro-Communist China/Communist North Korea Workers World Party and supported Jean-Bertrand Aristide, the far-left Communist former president of Haiti and the radical Lavalas movement.
Fortunately for Harris, but potentially disastrous for the Republic, elected office holders are not subject to the security clearance process. If the FBI did a Background Investigation on Kamala Harris, she never would have passed, because of her 40-year close ties with Marxists, Communists, Maoists, and Communist China. Harris would never have been approved for acceptance to any of the 5 Military Service Academies, been appointed to a US Government Sub-Cabinet position, or would have been approved to fill a sensitive position for a high security defense contractor. Yet, since Joe Biden was elected, Harris could be a heartbeat away from being President.
The US constitutional Republic is being threatened by the People’s Republic of Communist China (PPC) externally, and by their very active espionage operations within the United States. The People’s Republic of Communist China (PPC), with 1.4 billion people, is governed by the 90 million member Chinese Communist Party (CCP), that has been working with Russia to destroy the US Constitutional Republic for over 70 years.
If the American voters read the background information (in Trevor Loudon’s article) on Kamala Harris, they would never support her election as Vice President of the United States. Joe Biden is suffering from the early onset of dementia and will continue to decline in cerebral awareness; he will never be able to fill out a four-year term of office. Since Biden was elected, the Socialists, Marxists, and Communist who control Kamala Harris, are planning to enact provisions of the 25th Amendment, in order to remove Joe Biden from office, so Harris can become the first Communist President of the United States.
Since Biden was elected, because Biden would not be up to it, Kamala Harris would lead the effort to appoint very dangerous anti-American Leftist, Communist, Socialists, and Marxists to fill highly sensitive positions in the Washington Deep State Bureaucracy. She would fill all appointive positions in the US Intelligence Agencies, in the Department of Homeland Security, in the Department of Defense, in The Justice Department, the Department of State, the FBI, the CIA, most cabinet positions, the National Security Council, and in the White House Staff.
American voters must alert their fellow Americans that Kamala Harris is a very serious National Security threat to the very survival of the US Constitutional Republic; she has been a fellow traveler of Marxists, Communists, Maoists, Socialists, Progressives, and Chinese Communists for over 35 years. President Trump had much more background information on Kamala Harris than we presented here, and he was correct, when he accused Kamala Harris of being a Communist subverter.

Maryland's Montgomery County Police Department has released body camera video that captured two of its officers abusing a 5-year-old boy who had walked away from his elementary school.
A male officer who the Department will not identify pulled out his handcuffs and closed one of loops around the child’s right wrist. “You know what these are for?” he asked the boy in practically illiterate grammar, “These people that don’t want to listen and don’t know how to act.”
“Oh, my God, I’d beat him so bad,” a female officer said before telling him, “You do not embarrass me like this at school.”
The boy's mother has filed a lawsuit over the January 2020 interaction. That litigation is ongoing.
A Police Department Spokeswoman confirms that the two officers in the video remain employed by the department after an internal investigation.
Both of the officers involved in the incident are black, which is why the mainstream media has ignored the matter.
Montgomery County Council member Will Jawando said the video “made me sick.”
This unfortunate matter is what has taken up so much of the State government, and the Governor's time this week. As a result, Maryland My Maryland remains the State Song. But as I report on my radio show, Governor Hogan's spokesman, Michael Ricci, continues with his response that the Governor will not comment on whether or not he will sign or veto the bill to kill the State Song. The Governor also doesn't want to comment on the fact that he has a serious police problem. But Mr. Ricci did let it slip that the Governor personally hates the song.
So, the legislation has not yet been signed or vetoed. And since the Governor claims to be a devout Catholic, we hope he will not be working on or signing anything on Good Friday or over the Easter weekend.

Those of you who do not live in Maryland may not know that Governor Hogan has built his entire political career over the last 5 years on opposing Donald Trump. On a few matters, where the Biden administration and Democrats are pushing items previously in the Trump agenda, Hogan has flip-flopped now that its Democrat doings and not Trump's doings.

I say let Coke die. They pandered abandoned and repudiated their own heritage to pander to the blacks who obviously were not satisfied by it, Karma's a you-know-what, you sow to the wind, the Bible says and you reap...besides, their product has been slowly killing us all for decades.
As for this reported "Crack-down on voting rights," Stacy Abrams actually authored much of the legislation before our last farce of an election. So this is actually a slight-of-hand trick that the media, Governor, Democrats, and a few Republicans who might as well be Democrats are all together on. And in a "Southern" state no less.
Our Republic continues to be stolen right out from under our noses.
