Seeking UPenn Work-Study Student

The McKinney Center is seeking a UPenn work-study student for the summer and/or FY22 academic year. The STEM Project Assistant will assist with all STEM education projects, programs, and activities. He/she will participate in literature reviews, professional development design and implementation, and quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation.

Students must be UPenn undergraduates or graduates, and be work-study eligible. Details are at the My Workday Site, job #JR00033021. Or email Nancy Peter.

Pennsylvania Statewide STEM Ecosystem

The Pennsylvania STEM Coalition and the Pennsylvania Statewide STEM Ecosystem (PSSE) offer a series of STEM meetings throughout the academic year. In partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), these events are an excellent opportunity to learn about regional and national STEM updates. Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem &
Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective

The Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem is one of 94 national and international STEM Ecosystems and convenes STEM stakeholders to increase collaboration, coordination, and access.

In partnership with GSK. The Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective is a 10-year initiative that seeks to increase the number of individuals from underrepresented populations entering STEM careers.

Philadelphia STEM Education Directory

The Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem has launched a new STEM EDUCATION DIRECTORY The Program Directory lists out-of-school time STEM activities for Pre-K-12 children and youth in the Philadelphia area. The PD Directory includes STEM PD offerings for both classroom teachers and informal educators. We continue to accept listings for both.
