Remote Patient Monitoring with CareMonitor in Western Sydney
GPs and hospital-based community health teams at Western Sydney Local Health District are using CareMonitor to monitor COVID-19 patients who are at low to medium risk. CareMonitor uses a green, orange or red status to indicate the patient's risk severity.

If the patient deteriorates during the course of the day, the built-in video call functionality can be used to contact the patient and assess the situation.

The daily responses will be monitored by the practice team, with the GPs becoming involved when a more serious score is flagged.

CareMonitor is available on Topbar.

Webinar Available: Remote Patient Monitoring , on Thursday 14th May at 1pm.
