While our name and logo have changed, our commitment to you and your employees hasn’t -- we will phase in our new brand over time to ensure minimal disruption.
Two industry-leading organizations, GPA and ELAP Services, have come together to offer a fully integrated and streamlined experience that makes it much easier to manage your health plan.
As we transition our customers to Imagine360 in the coming months, you will see some exciting enhancements, including more streamlined service and an upgraded client and member portal.

The current GPA website and member portal will continue to be available with new messages that introduce Imagine360.
Support Teams
Your account and member support teams remain in place with no service disruption. Members will continue to call the current GPA phone number on their ID cards and the Imagine360 team will service the account.
Email Addresses
Company email addresses will change, but we’ll give you plenty of advance notice. At that time, emails sent to existing email addresses will be forwarded as well. Our member services teams are also letting members know about the upcoming email change.
