GPRA Update 5/1/2019 - Dylan
Dear Great Pyrenees Friends,

Thanks to all that made our 9th annual Gentle Giants in the Park the biggest and best ever!!! Particular thanks to all that worked setting up, manning and then breaking down and cleaning up after.

100+ well behaved Giants with 300+ of their pretty well behaved humans feasted on lots of food and Marla's off the charts desserts. Debra Helberg, and her lucky GPRA PYR, Leut (aka Merlin), won the $5,000 raffle.  Debra has continued to support GPRA and stay involved even after her relocation to Florida.  Our silent auction and new Tees were also big hits. Thanks again for making GPRA a long running success.

We saw a picture of Dylan and grabbed him in a heart beat. He arrived emaciated, heart worm positive and in horrendous shape. The video is Dylan AFTER we cleaned him up and shows him sleeping (and snoring) on what must be his first ever dog bed. Mark my words, he will be stunning when we are done nurturing him. He will be in isolation for the next few weeks and will then be ready for a foster or adopter. Please donate on our website if you can toward Dylan's recovery.

Thank you,
GPRA President and Founder
