Thinking Cool, Prepping for the Fall

Temperatures may be soaring, but we are thinking of the cooler temperatures to come as we prepare for another successful fall semester at Villanova!

As we enjoy these last few weeks of summer, please take some time to review some helpful student resources. Our Incoming Students page is a useful guide to help you get off to a great start at Villanova; our Academic Calendar will ensure you don't miss any important dates and deadlines; and our Student Services, Research Support and Policies page is a gateway to the many opportunities that make the Villanova graduate experience unique.

On August 16, Villanova will be hosting a virtual New Student Orientation for new graduate students across all our colleges, and on August 26 we will be throwing a university-wide Graduate Student Welcome Reception. Look for more information about these events soon!

Finally, I wish to remind you that all students, including new incoming graduate students, faculty and staff, who will be on campus any time during the 2022-2023 academic year are required to have completed the primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine before fall classes begin. The University recommends that all new students also receive a COVID-19 booster, but a booster is not required at this time. You can learn more at our COVID-19 Campus Information page.

I hope you are staying cool and making the most of these summer days. Fall classes will be here before we know it!
