What is Transaction Transfer?
It's a new feature that manages what happens when agents change offices. When an agent transfers to a new brokerage, all transactions created using TransactionDesk assigned to the old brokerage will be automatically reassigned to the designated broker in the previous office.

How does this work?
For the agent
  • The system will automatically generate an email when your transfer is processed by LoneWolf/Instanet.
  • This email will confirm that the system is aware of your move, and will inform you to whom in your previous office your transactions have been transferred.
  • The email will contain a list of the transactions and each transaction name will be hyperlinked to the archived PDF of each transaction.

For the previous Broker/Super-User
  • The Broker in your previous office will also receive an email, informing them that the transactions have been transferred to them. They will also receive instructions as to how to reassign the transactions to others in their office, or back to you if they wish to do so.
  • If the Broker does reassign the transfer to another person in the office, that person will also receive an email notifying them that the transaction has been transferred to them.

TransactionDesk Updates - August 21
This release includes a number of enhancements that will continue to improve the overall TransactionDesk experience including multiple Broker File Review enhancements and improvements to the overall workflow.

Matrix Links Updated
The Tech Committee spent time this past month updating both the External Links on the Matrix home page and content in the Links tab in Matrix. All links were checked and some were replaced with updated content. A link to NY STAR Program, NY Dept of Health (Mold Info), Radon level Maps/Stats, and USDA Income and Property Eligibility site are now included, among other changes.
 
In addition, an updated Neighborhood Map for the City of Buffalo was also posted as some of those neighborhoods have changed.
RPR Month
This month in the Matrix News area, we have been focusing on RPR (REALTOR ® Property Resource). Each week we posted a link(s) about various ways to learn more about RPR, these will all remain available through Labor Day if you want to catch up. As a final thought about RPR, we also want to let you know about an exciting new feature just launched in RPR: Mailing Labels.
 
REALTORS® are now able to create farming or prospecting lists and generate up to 2,000 pre-formatted labels per month for mailings to residential or commercial property owners based on any RPR search. The labels are available in popular formats, or the user can choose to export the results into a standard CSV file. The data used to create the lists is licensed from Black Knight, RPR’s public records provider.

My Home by ShowingTime Now with Tour Info for Buyers
ShowingTime's research has shown that eight out of 10 clients who sell their home also buy their new home with the same agent. Not only does My Home provide all the tools a seller needs to manage appointment activity (controlled by the listing agent, of course), but now you can also tag buyers to a showing appointment to give them a view of their upcoming tour. This view includes the appointment status, date, time, directions and in-app messaging to connect with their agent.
