All students in grades 3-5 take a state assessment called the Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS). This assessment measures students' achievement and growth in the areas of English Language Arts and Math. This year fourth grade students will be tested in the area of Social Studies. Fifth grade students are also assessed in the area of Science.

All intermediate students will test March 23 through March 27 and March 31 through April 2. 4th and 5th graders will be assessed April 7 through April 9. Students will have one assessment per day. Please refrain from scheduling outside appointments during the testing window. Click  here  for additional information. We appreciate your cooperation!
Primary students celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday. They enjoyed reading his books and eating green eggs and ham. Even teachers joined the fun by dressing as Thing 1 and Thing 2! We celebrated his imagination, creativity and the enjoyment his books provide.
We thank our parents and the PTO for our delicious meals for Parent Teacher Conferences! The dinner and desserts were greatly appreciated!

Our final day of Spring conferences will be held Thursday, March 12th. We enjoy the opportunity to share students' incredible growth and next steps. We look forward to our final parent meetings next week!
