2020-2021 ENROLLMENT
In preparation for next year, we are asking that you complete the  Pre-registration Survey  to let us know if your child will be returning to Gold Rush next year. If you have not done so already, please complete this survey by Friday, November 15th.
GOLD RUSH OUT PERFORMS THE DISTRICT & STATE
Each year intermediate students take the state assessment referred to as the Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS). All students in grades 3-5 are assessed in English Language Arts and Math. Fifth graders are also assessed in Science.

We have several celebrations based on our Spring 2019 data! Gold Rush received the highest plan rating from the state eight years in a row - a performance plan. Each school is also awarded points from the state based on a variety of factors, including subgroups' academic achievement and growth. Gold Rush received 90% points possible.   Click here  for a more in-depth description of our data, additional celebrations and goals for the current school year.
CELEBRATING HALLOWEEN
Gold Rush is excited to celebrate Halloween with breakfast parties on Thursday, October 31, from 8:45-9:30 AM. It is recommended that party treats be balanced with both nutritious options and sweets.  Our school parade will follow from 9:30-9:45 AM.  The parade route is shown below.  Students who do not wish to participate in Halloween activities can rejoin the class at 9:45 AM.  We will resume with a normal school day schedule at that time.

We encourage students to be creative with their costumes, but safety remains our number one priority.  Please adhere to the following guidelines when selecting a costume:

* Students should come dressed in their costume and bring a change of clothing.

* Costumes can not be demeaning, offensive or promiscuous.

* Face paint, face masks and weapons are not permitted.
