Dunellen School District

GREYHAWK provided construction management and project recovery services for three projects within the Dunellen School District in Dunellen, N.J. The district serves approximately 1,250 students in pre-K through 12th grade at three schools: Dunellen High School, Lincoln Middle School, and John P. Faber Elementary School. Construction management services were provided for a classroom addition at Faber Elementary School and for phased renovations at Dunellen High School. GREYHAWK also used its full complement of construction management and project recovery services to bring leadership to two separate alteration and renovation projects.

Relief Fire Engine Company No. 1

Relief Fire Engine Company No. 1

GREYHAWK provided construction management services for renovations and a two-floor expansion of the Relief Fire Engine Company No. 1 in Mount Holly, N.J. Founded in 1752, the company is the oldest active volunteer fire company in continuous service in the U.S. The project involved consolidating services from three facilities to the updated and expanded facility, which now houses both the operational and administrative portions of the fire service for Mount Holly Township.
