GREYHAWK Spring 2018: Project Awards, News, and more.
Atlantic Cape Community College

Atlantic Cape Community College Cuts Ribbon on  New Student Success and Career Planning Center
$10.9 million center opened on the Mays Landing Campus in February 2018.

GREYHAWK provided commissioning services for the new $10.8 million LEED Silver Student Success and Career Planning Center addition to the Atlantic Cape Community College Student Center. The 22,000-SF, three-story addition contains classrooms, administrative offices, math and writing labs, a cyber café, and common space. Our scope of service included basic commissioning of the HVAC and ATC system including AHUs, VAVs, HRUs, DSS, perimeter radiation, boilers, pumps, chemical water treatment, CUHs, UHs, domestic hot water, lighting controls, and TAB.

Established over 10 years ago, GREYHAWK's commissioning services continue to grow. In addition to our credentialed commissioning professionals, we now include TAB (testing, adjusting, and balancing) services. We recently added to our team a certified controls technician for new, existing, and retro-commissioning control diagnostics, and a registered architect for building envelope commissioning.

While new building commissioning is still on the upswing, we have seen tremendous growth in retro-commissioning throughout both the public and private sectors. Recent retro-commissioning projects include healthcare facilities, educational facilities (k-12, higher education, and charter schools), and municipal buildings.
