Happy New Year!
"As we step into 2025, many of us are carrying the weight of collective and individual challenges—loss of loved ones, economic uncertainty, and the ongoing impact of global and personal crises. For those with trauma histories, these stressors can feel overwhelming. However, by grounding ourselves in trauma-informed principles, we can approach the new year with compassion, resilience, and hope." -Belinda Gordon-Battle, Center for Equitable Access and Treatment of Trauma
For the 6th annual Resilience Week Virginia, we will be focusing on the trauma-informed principles that shape our work.
