22 days left to complete mandatory NAR Code of Ethics training
All REALTOR® members are required by NAR to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training every three years. The current cycle ends on Dec. 31. All COE training certificates must be submitted to GSAR before the end of the year. Failure to complete the training will result in a membership suspension until the training is completed.
To confirm your compliance with NAR's Code of Ethics Cycle 7, please log into your GSAR Member Portal. If you see the "You MUST take a COE Course" message indicating that training is required, please complete the necessary training and submit your certificate of completion to education@cnyrealtor.com, no later than December 31, 2024. If no such message appears, you are already compliant. GSAR Real Estate School is offering Code of Ethics Training Live via Zoom on December 19, 2024, with instructor Shelley Hoffman Teaching Let’s Talk Ethics. GSAR annual dues billing under way
GSAR members have received their bill for GSAR, NYSAR and NAR annual dues in their member portal. Dues are payable without penalty on or before Dec. 31. Your 2025 GSAR dues include free virtual CE classes. Your dues billing offers the option of contributing $25 to RPAC. Any contribution made via the dues billing will be attributed to 2025. A $15 late charge will be applied on Jan. 3. If payment, including the late fee, is not made on or before Jan. 31, MLS service will be interrupted on Feb. 3. A $75 reactivation fee will also be charged on Feb. 3. Companies will be shut off on Feb. 17. No fees will be waived. If you do not receive your dues notice, please contact the GSAR office. Please note: GSAR does not automatically charge credit cards on file for the annual association dues billing.
