Get to Know Your Neighborhood - this weekend City East
In honor of Fair Housing Month, GSAR is sponsoring the "Get to Know Your Neighborhood" event. Each Sunday during the month of April, we will advertise a different area of the city on our digital billboards. The purpose of this program is to inform consumers of the benefits of city living.
We encourage you to hold open houses, both weekday broker open houses and Sunday open houses, during the week that GSAR is advertising your area:
April 15 City East, University area, Meadowbrook, Bradford Hills
April 22 Valley area
April 29 City West, Strathmore, Tipperary Hill

Radisson Open House for REALTORS
The Radisson Community Association is hosting an Open House for Realtors on May 18th.
They would like to take this opportunity to invite all local Realtors to attend this Open House and find out the new & exciting things that the Radisson community has going on, as well as the philosophies, services and amenities of Radisson!

New Stats for GSAR/CNYIS
NYSAR has teamed up with 10K to provide monthly housing reports to local Associations. So, we will be receiving these new reports monthly, and putting them on the member side of our website, and e-mailing them to our Brokers. Great information for our members!

Message from SUPRA
Dear Valued Customer,
Following the move from the GE SSO solution to the UTC SSO, it has come to our attention that many users of the system have bookmarked the old GE SSO login site. Currently, when an agent goes to that site, they are automatically redirected to the UTC SSO site. GE is providing this redirect as a service to Supra as we transition off their system, but will soon disable this feature. Thus it is important that users change the bookmark they use to reach SupraWEB by April 20, 2012.
To add the new SupraWEB bookmark to their browser, they should take the following steps:
- Go to www.supraekey.com
- Click on "Agents-Log on to SupraWEB"
- The user will be taken to the UTC SSO login page.
- Add this page as a bookmark (procedure for adding bookmark will vary by browser type).
We also suggest that agents delete the old GE SSO bookmark once the new bookmark has been added.

The One Test You Don't Want to Fail with national instructor Roseann Farrow
9am-noon 3Hrs CE $36 for GSAR members/$45 for non-members
At least 3 hours of fair housing must be completed as part of the 22.5 hours of CE required for license renewal.

Craig's List Notice
Attention:
You CANNOT Advertise Another Broker's Listing on Craig's List. Over the past couple of weeks CNYIS has received complaints of Members posting MLS listings on Craig's List that are not their listings. This is a violation of CNYIS's MLS Rules and Regulations, Section 2.7 Advertising of Listings Filed With The Service: A listing shall not be advertised by any participant other than the listing broker without the prior consent of the listing broker. Violation of Section 2.7 is subject to a fine.
