Whitney J. Dumeng counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate governance matters.

Whitney advises private equity firms, investment firms and public companies across a range of sectors in transactions as well as corporate governance matters. In 2022, Whitney was named to the National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 List. Whitney is also a member of the NYC Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Committee and a proud graduate of Rutgers Law School.

The GSBA is New Jersey's oldest and largest professional organization for African American judges, lawyers and law students. Since 1975, the GSBA has continuously assisted African-Americans and other ethnic minorities in becoming an effective part of the judicial and legal systems.
