GSFA Introduces Two New Video Series |
|
GSFA is here to help you get the most out of your partnership and the GSFA homeownership programs. Our online Learning Center features a wide range of materials to help you do business with GSFA. Here you can find Participant Guides, training webinars, upcoming educational events and marketing support services for lenders and real estate professionals.

“The Journey to Homeownership” Series (NEW) |

Last year, as part of the GSFA Affordable Housing Series with the Power is Now Media, Inc., GSFA produced several videos which dove into the GSFA homebuyer assistance programs, thoroughly explaining how the programs work, eligibility guidelines and the ease and flexibility of down payment assistance.
During the series, we interviewed an inspirational couple from Northern California, the Jeffersons, who overcame financial hardships to return to homeownership through the GSFA Platinum Program.

The video interview was so positively received by our partners and potential homebuyers, that GSFA decided to start an annual video series titled, “The Journey to Homeownership” which explores real-life stories of hardworking individuals and families in California who achieve the dream of homeownership.
In regular episodes, homebuyers graciously share their unique situations and challenges and unveil their journey to becoming homeowners. The common theme: With dedication and focus on the homebuying goal, coupled with down payment and closing cost assistance from GSFA, these former renters became homeowners.

"Lender Updates & Insights" Series (NEW) |
This series is specifically designed for our mortgage and real estate partners and explores the latest program updates and enhancements as published in the Single-Family Program Bulletins.
In short 10-15 minute videos, we discuss the latest announcements and/or frequently asked questions from our lending partners. We hope to perfect and release at least one Lender Updates & Insights video per month.

We are currently developing social media content for our lending partners. Soon you will find pre-designed posts and visuals for sharing on various social media platforms to help educate homebuyers and increase your business with GSFA down payment assistance programs.
Also on the horizon, is a loan comparison tool, to help lenders and realtors compare specific loan scenarios and identify the best program and down payment assistance option for borrowers.
We will continue to update the Learning Center with new content and resources, so make sure to bookmark the page. Until then, we would like to say that we are excited about the two new video series and hope they will provide your business partners with some real value!
