Loan Limit Increase for GSFA DPA Programs
GSFA is pleased to announce the maximum loan limit for the GSFA Platinum and Golden Opportunities Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Programs in 2024 will be $766,550, an increase of $40,350 from 2023.

These new loan limits will apply for loan reservations made on or after January 1, 2024.

Program Term Sheets will be updated shortly and available in the respective participant guides on the website.

Please note that the Online Reservation System may still be available for reserving loans even thought the Administration Office may be closed.
