Loan Limit Update for DPA Programs
GSFA is pleased to announce an increase to the maximum loan amount for GSFA down payment assistance programs, effective January 1, 2021.

The new maximum loan amount will be $548,250, an increase from $510,400 in 2020. This change will be effective for all GSFA Platinum and GSFA OpenDoors loan transactions. Lenders may lock loans today, with the new loan limits, for delivery on or after January 1, 2021.

Program Term Sheets for both GSFA Platinum and GSFA OpenDoors have been updated to reflect this update and are available online in the respective lender participation guides.
