Troop Cookie Managers and Troop Leaders:
Cookies are here and will be delivered to SUs over the next 10 days! If you haven't heard from your Service Unit Product Sales Manager (SU PSM) about when and where to pick up, you need to reach out asap! Don't know your SU PSM? Email us (include your troop number) and we'll connect you! In the meantime, here's how to handle transfers and tracking of cookies + a couple council-wide booth sale lotteries and BLING YOUR BOOTH!
Initial orders are automatically transferred to the girls so you do not need to complete a transfer.
Giving Girls Credit for Additional Sales:
If you need to give girls credit for additional sales (individual or booth) you'll do that in Smart Cookies. Instructions are on page 16 of your Troop Cookie Manager Handbook. Watch a how to demo video now.
Trios:
If your troop ordered Trios, those cookies have been added to your total cases ordered in your initial order. You will need to transfer individual packages to your Girl Scouts (as described above). Please note: GSKSMO is out of Trios and they are no longer available via Direct Ship.
Cookie Share:
If you included the Cookie Shares sold as part of the initial order those have been accounted for and do not need to be re-entered. If your girls sell additional Cookie Share you will want to track those in Smart Cookies-remember girls who sell 12 or more packages for Cookie Share get a special patch! To track sales beyond the initial order, see page 16 of your Troop Cookie Manager Handbook for instruction. A demo video is also available to watch.
Getting More Cookies:
If your troop needs to get more cookies you can do so by placing a planned order. When you place this order you'll be able to see when you can pick up and the location of your SU's cupboard. Instructions on how to place a planned order are on page 15 of the Troop Cookie Manager Handbook. Watch a video demo here. We have plenty of cookies here, except for Trios which we are sold out of.
