Work Zone Moves to SS Transit Center

Beginning on or about August 20, crews will be moving equipment from a work zone on East-West Highway to the Purple Line work zone adjacent to the Paul S. Sarbanes Transit Center (SSTC). This will occur between the hours of 11 p.m. - 4 a.m. to minimize the impact to the public. Temporary lane closures will occur to facilitate the safe relocation of the equipment.

Business Input Sought Through Survey

As the next step in gathering information to evaluate Montgomery County's business climate, County Executive Marc Elrich is seeking input via an online survey.  The 55-question survey includes questions to assess  general background about businesses; feedback on the business environment in the County; experience with the County procurement requirements; and ease of access to government. Click here to complete the survey before September 30.
