The wage for employers having 50 or fewer employees increases to $12 per hour; the wage for employers having more than 50 employees increases to $12.25 per hour. GSSCC Contacted the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights (OHR), the agency responsible for enforcing county wage laws, asking when information would be made available to county businesses. OHR spokespersons said that despite the fact that the change is only a few weeks away, nothing would be available until July 1, when it plans to issue a press release.  GSSCC obtained the information linked here to help members prepare for the increase.
