We hope this email finds you well and looking forward to the upcoming Holiday Season.

 

As you know, the Rules of Golf will be changing starting January 1, 2019. In preparation for these new Rules, ALL of the Rules Officials who officiate at your events recently took part in a weekend-long Golf Canada Rules seminar and exam. These people are VERY passionate about The Rules of Golf and, over the past few months, have dedicated countless hours to studying the new Rules of Golf.

 

We would like to CONGRATULATE the following Officials on obtaining their Level 3 Rules (the highest attainable level):

1. Jason Gendron
2. Anne Edgar Dodds-Hebron
3. John Sharp
4. Mike O'Neill
5. Brad Elliott
6. Dave Colling
7. Lorry Moffatt

In order to obtain a Level 3 status, Officials were required to achieve over 80% on the rules exam.
